We do not charge a booking fee. The fee includes all taxes (except an Australian resident is staying in an Australian hotel, they must pay 10% GST = Goods and Services Tax). We charge a flat-all inclusive fee $A10 for any cancellation but not when it is a transfer of dates of another accommodation choice.
Clients can cancel, unless otherwise stated, up until 3 days prior to check-in.
Email Protection:
We do not forward your email address to any third party, not even the hotel booked unless requested by you.
Secure booking:
Your credit card is booking through our bank's payments gateway (Commonwealth Bank Australia). All transactions are encrypted for your security. We have further security through out SSL (Server Secured Licence).
